Marjan Hospitality is launching a new residential phase at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, bringing 35 standalone private villas to the 1,235-acre protected Al Wadi Nature Reserve. Handover is expected in early 2028.
The villas come in 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom configurations, each with a private temperature-controlled pool and panoramic desert views. Architectural materials and detailing are drawn from the surrounding landscape, and the design brief blends contemporary luxury with Arabian heritage references. Residents will have access to a dedicated Clubhouse as well as the wider resort’s hospitality, wellness and nature programming.

At Al Wadi, we are continuing to bring together private residences, hospitality, dining and nature to create a place with depth where people can return to, invest in and ultimately call home,” Alison Grinnell, Group COO of Marjan and CEO of Marjan Hospitality said in a statement.
On the dining side, Farmhouse by Syrco will reopen on September 21 following a refurbishment that introduces a new wine bar and updates the venue’s overall concept.
The refreshed space will seat 270 guests across indoor, outdoor terrace and wine bar areas. The wine bar adds a dedicated setting for tasting and retail while the wider venue retains what the team describes as Farmhouse’s warm character, now dressed in natural materials and refined detailing.
Earlier this year the resort also launched a fragrance partnership with The Scent Library, an Emirati perfume house founded in Ras Al Khaimah by perfumer Saeed Al Nuaimi.
The collaboration brings guided blending sessions and private in-villa appointments with a master perfumer, working with ingredients including Emirati rose, moringa, sidr and oud.
