KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will resume flights to Dubai from 10 August, the carrier announced, as European airlines gradually rebuild their Middle East schedules following a period of regional disruption.
The airline had revised its Gulf timetable several times in recent months. Flights to Riyadh and Dammam were postponed until late June, while the Dubai route was suspended until early August. All three destinations will return to regular service simultaneously from 10 August, KLM said, with the schedule subject to adjustment as operational conditions evolve.
The move is part of a broader pattern of European carriers re-establishing Gulf connections. Spanish airline Iberia separately announced plans to resume flights between Madrid and Doha from 3 July, adding to the cumulative recovery in Europe-to-Gulf air links.
Dubai remains among the most active international aviation hubs in the region, and the return of European network carriers to regular schedules reflects improving conditions across the GCC travel corridor.
