Dubai Holding Asset Management’s retail arm has announced Skylight Mall, a super-regional shopping destination set to open in 2027 along Al Khail Road.
The mall will span 1.3 million sq. ft. of gross leasable area and house more than 360 stores, alongside dining, entertainment, and everyday services.
Its location is intended to draw residents from Jumeirah Village Triangle, Jumeirah Islands, and The Springs, as well as visitors from across the city.

The design centres on open, interconnected interiors that Dubai Retail said will create a sense of scale and flow between shopping, dining, and social spaces.
With Skylight Mall, Dubai Retail’s portfolio will grow to 58 malls and lifestyle destinations across the emirate. The group’s existing properties include Ibn Battuta Mall, Dragon Mart, Palm Jumeirah Mall, Nad Al Sheba Mall, The Outlet Village, Bluewaters, JBR, and Souk Madinat Jumeirah.
