Dubai Retail, the mall and retail destinations group operating under Dubai Holding Asset Management, has announced The Yard, a retail and lifestyle destination set to become the first of its kind on Palm Jebel Ali.
The development spans approximately 70,000 square feet of gross leasable area and will house 26 concepts covering retail, dining, wellness, and healthcare.
Dubai Retail says the destination is designed to serve the roughly 20,000 residents expected across the surrounding communities, with an opening scheduled for 2027.
