UAE developer BNW Developments is planning to deliver around 10,000 homes across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah over the next four years, with Indian investors playing a central role in its growth strategy.
The company disclosed the targets at its Global Partners Meet in Gurugram on Wednesday, an event attended by more than 2,000 channel partners and real estate professionals from across India. Indian buyers accounted for 14.38% of BNW’s total business in the first half of 2026, the company said, positioning India as one of its largest overseas markets.
“India is not simply an important source market for BNW; it is a strategic partner in our growth journey. The contribution of Indian buyers reflects the confidence they place in the UAE as an investment destination and in developers that offer credibility, transparency and long-term value,” BNW Developments Chairman and Founder Dr. (CA) Ankur Aggarwal said in a statement.
BNW currently has 12 developments at various stages across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, spanning branded residences, hospitality-led projects, mixed-use developments and master-planned communities. In Ras Al Khaimah, it is developing on Al Marjan Island, including the Al Marjan Beach District, and in RAK Central. Project handovers are expected to begin from 2027.
The company’s portfolio includes brand collaborations with Taj, Tonino Lamborghini, FashionTV, Wyndham and Radisson Blu. BNW employs more than 750 professionals across 88 nationalities and says it has incorporated India-sourced materials across several of its developments.
To deepen its Indian market presence, BNW said it is broadening its network of channel partners across the country and working with real estate advisors to guide buyers through project evaluation, transactions and regulatory requirements.
The company attributed rising Indian interest in UAE property to rental yields, capital appreciation prospects, connectivity and the country’s regulatory framework.
