The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority has launched the booking and sales process for 1,500 residential units in the West Baniyas Housing Project, giving UAE nationals the ability to select their preferred homes directly within the development rather than being assigned them.
Developed by Modon Properties, the West Baniyas project is designed as an integrated community for UAE nationals. Construction is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027. All units have been built with physical expansion in mind, allowing homes to be extended as families grow.
The booking system is digital and phased, sequenced by benefit type, family size, and financial capacity. It also incorporates first- and second-degree family data, so eligible relatives can secure neighbouring units, in line with the Year of the Family initiative.
The first phase is open exclusively to housing grant beneficiaries and their qualifying family members. The second phase follows for deferred housing purchase loan recipients, who can choose units matching their loan allocation or upgrade to a higher-tier home by covering the difference themselves. The final phase will open to standard housing purchase loan recipients under existing regulatory guidelines.
Eligible citizens will receive personalised booking links via SMS.
