The Hatta mountains are hosting a month-long Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) experience featuring the emirate’s first cinema dome, elevated dining, and candlelight concerts until December 31, 2025.
DSF x Hatta Wadi Hub has returned with additions including Hatta’s first Roxy Cinema Dome, Dinner in the Sky overlooking the Hajar Mountains, and the region’s first Candlelight Concerts by Fever.
The festival operates from 9AM to 10PM or 11PM and centres on four themes: Nature, Play, Light, and Family.

Path of the Wild offers a 1km illuminated hiking trail with glowing wildlife figures, LED pathways, and educational stops about Hatta’s native ecosystem. Three experiential light zones – Vortex of Light, River Gate, and The Pulse – create illuminated areas for visitors.
Fireworks displays take place every Friday and Saturday at 8pm, with a New Year’s Eve show scheduled for midnight on December 31 to mark the start of 2026.
Fever is presenting four candlelit performances outdoors in the mountains, surrounded by thousands of candles. The concerts include A Century of Iconic Arabic Medley on December 19 and Piano Through the Ages on December 27. Tickets start from AED70, with performances running from 7.15PM to 8.30PM.
The Roxy Cinema Dome marks Hatta’s first cinema experience. The custom-built dome screens films including Zootopia 2, Wicked: For Good, El Selem W El Thoban, and Now You See Me – Now You Don’t. Tickets cost AED65 and include complimentary popcorn and a soft drink.
Dinner in the Sky operates from 12-20 December, lifting 22 guests 50 metres above ground for gourmet dining with panoramic views. Sessions on Fridays and Saturdays allow guests to view fireworks from the elevated platform. Tickets cost AED300.
More than 30 adventure attractions are available at the site. These include ziplines, free-fall, belay, and zig-zag zipline experiences, alongside archery, axe-throwing, and spear-throwing.
Wall climbing, bungee trampolines, drop-in slides, net-walking, and bag jump activities are provided. Mountain karts, e-scooters, rovers, and zorbing offer exploration options, whilst horseback riding, pony rides, and mountain biking with Hubbers allow nature treks.
The Pulse serves as a hub with live DJs, bands, food trucks, children’s play zones, and seating areas. Hatta’s first padel court offers 13 daily time slots from 4pm on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge.
A Build Your Mini Hatta Farm activity provides children with farm kits and daily quizzes with prizes from Wadi Hub. Red Bull will bring its DJ Truck and live performances on December 19-20 and December 26-27.
Dubai Shopping Festival at Hatta: Cinema dome, adventure sports and New Year’s Eve celebrations
The festival features multiple dining concepts operating daily, including Omar Odali (charcoal knafeh), Yamanote Atelier (Japanese bakery), Mimi San (Japanese street food), Maison Matcha (speciality matcha), and Home Bakery (home chocolate).
An Emirati Street Food Weekend runs from December 26-28 with Tushiz Sweets, Mahshy Station, and PDL Café.
Hatta establishments Adrina Pizza, Taste of Hatta, Hatta Wild Café, Janam Restaurant, and BBQ Department support local entrepreneurs at Wadi Hub.
Hatta Resorts offers glamping accommodation with discounts during the festival period. Options include Damani Lodges, domes with private plunge pools, and campers and vintage campers. Properties feature private fire pits, BBQ facilities, and access to 20 adventure activities across Wadi Hub.
