Eagle Hills, a private real estate investment and development company based in Abu Dhabi, has unveiled plans to transform Al Ain Oasis in partnership with Al Ain City Municipality.
The developer has announced a project that will reintroduce the historic landscape as a year-round destination.
The development will feature cafรฉs and dining venues within the Oasis’s palm groves, with several concepts making their debut in Al Ain.
Al Ain Oasis by Eagle Hills to features elevated walkway, watchtower
The reimagined Oasis will include an Elevated Walkway designed to provide views above the palm canopy whilst preserving the farms below. A Watchtower will offer panoramas across the site.
The project will incorporate tech-enhanced pathways to enable families and visitors to explore the Oasis after dark. The development will include the Reflection, Ripple and Mist Gardens, which will provide spaces for visitors. Hammocks and seating areas will be installed throughout the destination.
Light installations will activate the surroundings after dusk. The dining experiences will overlook the greenery, with communal spaces designed throughout the site.

Abu Dhabi’s promotion of Al Ain Region as a travel destination for culture, wellness, and adventure aligns with the emirate’s Tourism Strategy 2030. The strategy aims to welcome around 520,000 overnight leisure hotel guests to the region by 2030.
Al Ain Oasis has shaped the city’s identity for generations through its palm groves, farms, and falaj systems. The site stands as one of the UAE’s landscapes where nature and heritage converge.
