Sobha Realty has announced the launch of Sobha SkyParks, a 109-floor development on Sheikh Zayed Road that will reach a height of 450 meters.
The tower will be the tallest in Sobha Realty‘s portfolio and will contain 684 residences. The development features a straight-line structure divided into five sub-towers with glass façades and inset balconies.

Each residence will include private balconies with views across Sheikh Zayed Road, the Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf. The development incorporates four themed SkyParks, each spanning six storeys.
The ADVENTURE ZONE SkyParks will include play zones and padel courts. The ACTIVE LIFE SkyParks will feature fitness circuits and wellness terraces. The LUSH LIFE SkyParks will contain zen gardens, reflexology paths, and glass pavilions.
At 350 meters, the LUXE LIFE SkyParks will feature an infinity pool deck and a pool terrace with floating beds.
The development is located along Sheikh Zayed Road with access to DIFC, Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Design District, Dubai Marina, and Jumeirah.
Sobha Realty describes the development as following its ‘The Art of Detail’ philosophy, combining what it terms vertical urbanisation with residential, community, and leisure facilities within one tower.
