Dubai South, the master development built around aviation, logistics and real estate, has announced a support package for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at its Business Park, introducing a series of measures designed to ease financial pressure and strengthen tenant relationships.
The package forms part of efforts to align with the government’s commitment to economic stability across Dubai.
The initiative introduces rent-free incentives tied to contract renewals, greater flexibility on payment deferrals, and the waiver of minor administrative penalties. Current rental rates will also be maintained for eligible tenants renewing contracts during this period.

Dubai South said the measures would be reviewed and refined on an ongoing basis to keep pace with market conditions.
SMEs have been identified as a driver of economic growth and innovation in Dubai, and the package has been framed as a response to the role they play in the broader economy. Dubai South said the measures were intended to provide immediate financial flexibility while also building the conditions for long-term stability.
“SMEs are at the heart of Dubai’s economic fabric, and supporting their continuity and growth remains a priority. This initiative reflects our commitment to enabling our business community by providing practical and timely support, while reinforcing a stable environment for long-term success. At Dubai South, we remain focused on delivering value-driven solutions that align with the vision of our wise leadership to sustain economic momentum and further strengthen Dubai’s competitive business landscape,” Nabil Al Kindi, Group CEO of Dubai South said in a statement.
