Sobha Realty has launched Sobha AquaCrest, the second residential cluster within its Downtown UAQ | Sobha Realty masterplan in Umm Al Quwain.
The development forms part of a $20 billion coastal destination spanning 25 million square feet and covers seven kilometres of beachfront and eleven kilometres of total coastline.
The project will house over 150,000 residents upon completion and includes residences, marinas, retail boulevards, offices, hospitality facilities, and leisure zones.
Five-tower AquaCrest development scheduled for June 2029 handover
Sobha AquaCrest consists of five towers offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes. Handover is scheduled for June 2029.
The residences feature double-glazed façades for heat and sound insulation, energy-efficient HVAC systems, district cooling, EV charging stations, and eco-friendly materials.

More than half of the masterplan is allocated to open and green spaces. The development will include landscaped parks, jogging tracks, and beach promenades. The masterplan includes provisions for air and water taxis for connectivity across the emirate.
Community amenities at Sobha AquaCrest include Art District, Museum, and Wellness Park
The community will feature an Art and Design District, a Museum and Marine Experience Centre, a Wellness Park, marinas, a public beach, a retail and dining promenade, and an open-air amphitheatre.
Sobha Siniya Island, another development in the Northern Emirates, dedicates 60 per cent of its area to protected green zones, mangroves, and natural habitats.
The two masterplan developments are expected to contribute nearly 30 per cent of Sobha Realty’s total sales in 2025, with combined sales of AED12 billion.
