Chalco’s Cantina, located on Dubai Marina Walk, will host an event called “Paws & Tacos” on Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 12 PM to 5 PM, with proceeds directed toward the care of abandoned pets in Dubai.
The event has been organised in response to a rise in the number of abandoned pets across the city, which has placed pressure on shelters and veterinary clinics.
In collaboration with Mike’s Vet, AED 25 from every package sold during the event will be allocated to veterinary treatment and care for animals in need.
Each package is priced at AED 150 per person and includes a taco platter prepared by Mexican chef Alonso and three house drinks. Chalco’s Cantina is a pet-friendly venue, and guests are welcome to bring their pets to the event.
The restaurant is situated at Marina Gate 2, Level M, on Marina Walk. It is known for its Mexican food, cocktails and what the venue describes as “Latino energy.”
