Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) has formed a partnership with Keeta, the international arm of Chinese delivery company Meituan, to develop last-mile delivery services in the emirate and logistics solutions.

Mansoor Rahma Alfalasi, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Taxi Company, and Alex Wei, Logistics General Manager of Keeta Middle East, signed the agreement during GITEX in Dubai.

The collaboration forms part of DTC’s growth strategy to expand its presence in transport and delivery markets, particularly within the e-commerce and Q-commerce sector. The partnership will create opportunities for investment, commercial partnerships and revenue.

Under the new partnership, DTC will deploy a fleet of 150 delivery motorbikes under the agreement, with plans to increase this to 500 bikes by year-end to serve Dubai’s on-demand delivery market. The company expects the initiative to generate over AED10 million in revenues during the first twelve months.

DTC’s delivery bike segment has experienced growth, with revenues in Q2 2025 increasing by 102 per cent year-on-year to AED18.2 million.
