Palace Downtown is offering UAE residents 20% off room rates through a new promotion available on bookings made until December 23, 2026.
The ‘Your City, Front Row’ package, aimed at residents looking for a city break, bundles the room discount with complimentary daily breakfast at Ewaan, early check-in from 12pm, and late check-out until 4pm, subject to availability. Guests staying in suites also receive two complimentary tickets to At the Top, Burj Khalifa.
Savings extend beyond the room: the offer includes up to 20% off food and beverage at the hotel’s restaurants and up to 20% off spa treatments. The spa discount cannot be combined with other offers and excludes retail purchases.
The hotel sits in the centre of Downtown Dubai, adjacent to Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar, with rooms overlooking either the Dubai Fountain or the boulevard.
To access the offer, guests must present a valid UAE residency ID at check-in. Room rates are subject to a 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee, a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night, and 5% VAT. The promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.
Bookings can be made by calling 04 428 7888 or through the hotel’s website.
