Janu, the hospitality and lifestyle brand within the Aman Group, has launched a residential and hotel development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, marking the brand’s first coastal property in the UAE.
Janu Al Marjan Island comprises a 132-key hotel and a collection of 73 branded residences. Unit sizes range from 197-square-metre one-bedroom homes to a 1,761-square-metre five-bedroom penthouse at the top of the tower.
Five Marina Villas sit separately along the island’s eastern shoreline, each with private pools and terraces facing the Arabian Gulf. Construction began in July 2026.
The project was designed by SCDA Architects and jointly developed by Marjan and Wynn Resorts. It sits directly adjacent to Wynn Al Marjan Island, the integrated resort complex currently under development roughly 70 kilometres north of Dubai.
Residential amenities include a private arrival lobby, a residents-only lounge, a 265-metre private beach, and dedicated mooring at the Wynn Marina for yachts of up to 85 metres.
Residents also have access to a 2,496-square-metre spa and wellness centre, cryotherapy facilities, a padel court, a 30-metre pool, and six dining and entertainment venues including Hu Jing, the brand’s signature Chinese restaurant.
The launch follows Janu Residences Dubai, which the company says was its first residential offering in the country, introduced earlier in 2026.
Janu Tokyo, the brand’s flagship hotel, was named among The World’s 50 Best Hotels within two years of opening and has received two MICHELIN Keys. The brand has further properties planned for Turks and Caicos, Montenegro, and Saudi Arabia.
