Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, said the results reflect “the variety of projects, the wider range of ownership opportunities, and the flexible legislative and regulatory environment” in the emirate, and attributed the performance to leadership direction from the Ruler of Sharjah and the Crown Prince.
