Emirates is packaging a set of Dubai perks into return tickets booked this autumn, targeting travellers across its network ahead of the city’s winter events calendar.
Customers who book a return trip to Dubai receive complimentary passes valued at AED 535, covering three attractions: the slides at Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark, the Lost World Aquarium, and a hop-on hop-off Dubai City Sightseeing bus tour taking in sites from the Burj Khalifa to the Al Fahidi district.
The offer sits alongside Emirates’ existing My Emirates Pass scheme, which lets any traveller present a physical or digital boarding pass at hundreds of UAE outlets to unlock discounts on dining, retail, spas, and entertainment. No separate registration is required.
For those wanting to plan further ahead, the carrier’s Dubai Experience platform lets visitors book hotels, tours, and activities from a curated set of operators across a range of price points.

We’re pleased to help our customers make the most of it when they come to Dubai, with complimentary excursions and a curated set of offers designed to add value throughout their stay, alongside the flexibility and peace of mind when they plan their journey,” Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, Emirates said in a statement.
On the booking flexibility side, Emirates is offering unlimited free date changes across all cabin classes, a 24-hour fare hold at no charge, and reduced refund fees.
Travellers can also add Comprehensive Travel Cover, available in 27 countries, which includes unlimited medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and baggage cover. The policy also provides conflict cover, with medical expenses reimbursable up to US$25,000 and a free trip extension of up to 30 days, and applies regardless of government travel advisories.
Skywards members travelling on Emirates flights receive complimentary Wi-Fi onboard, and can earn or redeem miles at Dubai Duty Free, Dubai Mall outlets, and through Skywards Miles Mall, where miles can be converted into digital gift cards for brands including Amazon AE, Apple, Deliveroo, and Nike.
The promotion covers eligible return tickets to Dubai purchased between September 21 and October 11, 2026, for travel between September 24 and December 13, 2026.
