Dior has inaugurated a new Regional Distribution Centre for the Middle East at the EZDubai Logistics Hub in Dubai South, bringing a major luxury brand into the district’s growing logistics ecosystem.
The two-level, 7,200-square-metre facility handles inventory management, order fulfilment and boutique replenishment across the region, and also supports Dior’s e-commerce operations in the UAE. By positioning stock closer to its end markets, the centre is designed to speed up replenishment cycles across Dior’s boutique network and respond more quickly to client demand.

The facility has received LEED Gold certification. Dior’s operations teams are rolling out a series of measures to reduce the environmental footprint of the site, including eliminating single-use plastics from packaging, increasing the use of sea freight and deploying electric vehicles for last-mile deliveries within the UAE.
EZDubai’s location gives tenants access to Jebel Ali Port through a bonded logistics corridor, and sits close to Al Maktoum International Airport, offering multimodal connectivity across air, sea and road routes.
The inauguration was attended by HE Khalifa Alzaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, alongside senior officials from both Dubai South and Dior, including Pierre De Maigret, President Middle East at Dior, and Anne Borde, Worldwide Supply Chain and Logistics Director.
