Moon World Resorts has named Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) as programme managers and cost consultants for MOON, bringing the consultancy into the development and delivery process for the company’s portfolio of MOON Smart City masterplans.
The announcement, presented under the heading “Global Expertise Meets Visionary Development”, said RLB would provide programme management and cost consultancy support.
The post also carries a rendering of MOON, with a sphere at the centre of a ring development beside the coast.

Sandra G. Matthews, co-founder and president of Moon World Resorts, said the scale of the development required a partner capable of managing the project and its financial and operational requirements.
“A development of MOON’s scale demands a partner who can exert discipline while managing complexity. RLB have spent two centuries doing exactly this for some of the world’s most demanding projects,” Matthews said.
“RLB’s expertise will provide our stakeholders and Regional Licensee partners with the necessary confidence MOON’s industry defining goals will be matched by financial and operational rigor at every stage.”
The appointment places RLB in a role covering programme management and cost consultancy as Moon World Resorts works on its MOON development plans.
