The total investment value of those projects reached AED 111 billion, compared with AED 73 billion in H1 2025, representing growth of 52%.

New residential supply expanded alongside project completions. The number of new property units delivered rose by more than 36% to 24,537, up from 18,043 units in the first half of last year. Land costs allocated to completed projects showed the sharpest movement, jumping more than 135% to AED 19.46 billion from AED 8.27 billion in H1 2025. Land area allocated to completed projects roughly doubled, reaching approximately one million square metres against 484,000 square metres a year earlier.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, said the sector’s performance reflects progress toward the emirate’s D33 economic agenda, which targets doubling the size of Dubai’s economy and securing its place among the world’s top three financial cities.

“The marked increase in real estate transactions, projects, and the value of investment flows represents renewed international confidence from the global business community and investors in the strength of Dubai’s economic environment,” Sheikh Hamdan said. He added that Dubai has established an economic model built on flexible legislation, advanced infrastructure, high transparency, and a strong private-sector partnership.
