Americana has opened a Carpo location in Doha, with Mohamed Alabbar among the guests at the launch event in Qatar.
Alabbar shared the occasion on Instagram, writing that he was honoured by the presence of Ali Bin Hussein Al Fardan and Emirati artist Abdulmonem Al Ameri, alongside a group of friends. He described Doha as his “second home.” The post tagged Carpo’s official account, @carpoworld.
Video from the event showed the group inside what appeared to be a high-end retail or hospitality venue, with marble flooring, floral arrangements, and a gold-stand display consistent with an upscale mall or hotel setting in the Gulf.
Carpo is a gourmet nuts, chocolate, and gifting brand with a presence across the region. Americana, which holds the franchise, operates a broad portfolio of food and beverage concepts across the GCC and wider Middle East.
