Bahrain’s military command has announced that the kingdom’s air defence systems intercepted and destroyed 3 Iranian ballistic missiles and a number of Iranian drones.
In a statement carried by the Bahrain News Agency, the General Command of Bahrain Defence Force said Iran was continuing what it described as a systematic hostile campaign, using missiles and drones to target civilians in Bahrain. The command said the deliberate targeting of civilians and private property constituted a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.
