Dubai’s General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs and the Dubai Health Authority have signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at creating a more joined-up experience for visitors arriving in the emirate for medical treatment and recovery.
According to a post by the Dubai Media Office on X on June 2 2026, the agreement is designed to strengthen integration across residency, visa, and healthcare services. The intent is to build what both bodies describe as an integrated healthcare journey for medical tourists.
