Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, has returned from New Delhi after attending the 18th BRICS Summit on behalf of President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Before departing, Sheikh Khaled expressed gratitude for the reception extended to the UAE delegation by Indian hosts, and conveyed wishes for India’s continued progress and prosperity.
The delegation accompanying Sheikh Khaled included several senior Emirati officials: Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoon bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court; Reem Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation; Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology; Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of Foreign Trade; and Saeed Mubarak Al Hajeri, Minister of State.
Also present were Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council; Maryam Eid AlMheiri, Chairperson of the Abu Dhabi Media Office; Abdulla Saif Al Nuaimi, UAE Ambassador to India; and Hamad Salem Rashed Balhbala, Director General of Crown Prince’s Protocol.
The composition of the delegation, spanning trade, industry, foreign cooperation and media, reflects the breadth of UAE-India engagement the visit was intended to advance.
