Alef Group, a real estate developer based in Sharjah, has awarded construction contracts worth AED 750 million to mark the start of the final phase of its Hayyan development, with more than 700 residential units set for delivery.
The contracts cover the construction of three residential clusters – Samr 1, Samr 2, and Deem – alongside the Hayyan mall, a clubhouse, and landscaping and public realm works. The award of these contracts signals the start of full-scale execution of the concluding phase of the Hayyan project.
With 97 per cent of the development’s inventory already sold, the final phase reflects the level of demand and investor interest the project has attracted since its launch.
“The steady progression of works across residential and community assets sends a strong signal of confidence in the project’s trajectory and in Sharjah’s dynamic real estate market,” Ayman Alhammadi, Senior Vice President, Projects Delivery at Alef Group said in a statement.
The milestone reinforces what Alef Group describes as its strategy for disciplined delivery, and comes against the backdrop of continued growth in Sharjah’s real estate sector.
