Wynn Resorts has released its November progress update for Wynn Al Marjan Island, marking a milestone in the construction of the United Arab Emirates’ first integrated resort.
The 305-metre tower has reached its 70th floor, with topping-out scheduled for late November 2025. The resort remains on track for its spring 2027 opening, the company said in a statement.
The tower’s exterior work continues to advance, with 19,206 of 26,247 façade panels now installed, representing 73 per cent completion. Work on the roof deck is currently underway.

Across the resort’s low-rise structures, combined concrete and steel works stand at 97 per cent completion. Elevator and escalator installation, interior fit-out, and exterior façades are progressing.
Wynn Al Marjan Island will offer 1,530 rooms, suites, townhouses, and Marina Estates. Structural work is complete for 1,526 of these accommodations, marking 99.7 per cent progress.
Interior fit-out work is underway in 1,504 rooms, approximately 98 per cent of the total, with mechanical, electrical, and finishing activities continuing throughout the property.
Wynn Al Marjan Island unveils Coral Court events centre at development

The resort announced Coral Court, an Events & Celebrations Centre spanning 7,700 square metres. The venue will host weddings, galas, and international gatherings.
Coral Court features a column-free Grand Ballroom, six meeting rooms, private salons for bride and groom, prayer rooms, and an event lawn overlooking the Arabian ocean.
Wynn Al Marjan Island has revealed details of its dining and events portfolio, which will include 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars. The portfolio features a French-American steakhouse by Alain Ducasse and Delilah, the supper club from Wynn Las Vegas and The h.wood Group.

Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design and Development, leads the design work for the dining venues.
Set across more than 60 hectares, the resort will feature 1,217 resort rooms and 297 Enclave suites, plus two Royal Apartments, four Garden Townhomes, and 10 Marina Estates.
Facilities will include 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a beach club, a spa and beauty destination, and a shopping parterre.
The resort will also feature The Showroom theatre, 12 pools, a 420-metre white-sand beach, and a deep-water marina for superyachts.
