dnata Travel has revived its ‘Secret Stays’ concept for summer 2026, this time focused on the Maldives, offering UAE residents a luxury resort escape at a disclosed destination but an undisclosed property.

The campaign, which the company first ran for UAE staycations roughly a decade ago, is pitched as a fix for what dnata Travel calls decision fatigue.

The Maldives has more resort options than most travellers want to navigate, and the idea is to hand that decision to an expert and skip the comparison spiral.

According to the company’s own booking data, the destination accounts for around 20 per cent of all overseas hotel bookings made through dnata Travel this summer, and 54 per cent of its all-inclusive bookings in 2026 so far.

Packages start from AED 2,590 per adult and include three nights in a Beach Villa on a full-board basis, return speedboat transfers, a floating breakfast, daily house reef boat trips (terms and conditions apply), bicycle use, access to leisure facilities, a 20 per cent discount on selected spa treatments during the first two days of the stay, and a dedicated Island Host.

The resort name is revealed only after the booking is confirmed.

“The Maldives is a destination where many travellers turn to our experts for guidance, simply because there are so many resorts to choose from. Secret Stays Maldives removes that complexity. Customers can book with confidence, knowing they are securing exceptional value at a quality resort, while enjoying the excitement of a surprise reveal,” Meerah Ketait, Head of Retail and Leisure UAE at dnata Travel said in a statement.

The offer is available to book until July 31, 2026, for travel through to September 30, 2026. Bookings can be made via phone or WhatsApp on 800 DNATA (36282), through dnata Travel’s social channels, by email, or in person at any of its UAE retail outlets.
