London-based interior designers Bergman Design House have completed their design vision for Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences, developed by ELEVATE in partnership with Ennismore.
The project, announced last quarter, is moving closer to launch following the unveiling of its interiors.
This marks Bergman’s first branded residence project in the region. The firm is known for private villa and beach house designs.

Partnering with Ennismore and Bergman Design House on Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences allows us to deliver an experience that blends design excellence, curated living, and world-class hospitality in a way the region hasn’t seen before,” Zeeshaan Shah, Founder of ELEVATE said in a statement.
The development is located on Al Marjan Island, where the Arabian Gulf meets Ras Al Khaimah’s future gaming and leisure destination. The project is positioned as a cultural gallery and social hub rather than simply a residential address.
“With Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences, we wanted to create a place where every corner tells a story, where residents feel both the comfort of home and the thrill of discovery. It’s a living canvas, inspired by the sea and designed to evolve with its community,” Marie Soliman, Founder & Creative Director of Bergman Design House added.
Bergman Design House drew inspiration from the rhythms of the ocean and the energy of Ras Al Khaimah’s luxury scene. The design incorporates forms, textures and palettes that reflect a dialogue between artistry and comfort.
Mondrian Development features 60,000 square feet of amenities
The development will feature more than 60,000 square feet of resident amenities. The lobby will function as a gallery with rotating exhibitions from artists alongside digital installations.
The Sky Lounge will be suspended above the ocean, offering views, mixology and interiors designed for conversation and celebration.
Residents will have access to 17,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor wellness space. This includes training zones, a yoga and Pilates studio, treatment rooms, a sky padel tennis court and a recovery suite with sauna and ice bath.
The adults-only Infinity Sky Pool will be positioned over 200 feet above sea level, overlooking the Gulf. The beachfront will feature pools, private cabanas, installations and a beach restaurant.
The development will offer a range of residences. Penthouses will include glass walls, marble finishes, private terraces and bathrooms. Apartments will feature layouts, sea views and coastal-meets-cosmopolitan palettes, with lighting designed to transform each home.
Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences belongs to the Mondrian Hotels and Residences portfolio, part of Ennismore. Ennismore is a hospitality company with brands focused on culture and community.
The project represents a collaboration between ELEVATE’s vision, Ennismore’s hospitality expertise and Bergman Design House’s design capabilities. The development is intended to serve as a cultural stage, social hub and sanctuary framed by the Arabian Gulf.
