Aman Group has announced plans to open Janu Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, marking the second property from its sister brand Janu in the region.
The hotel and residences will be located on Al Marjan Island, a collection of islands in the Arabian Gulf. The property will join Janu Dubai, which is also in development.

Janu Ras Al Marjan Island will offer a vibrant setting where like-minded individuals can connect through shared experiences, immerse themselves in the regionโs striking natural beauty, and embrace the brandโs spirited approach to contemporary, connected living,” Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group said in a statement.
Aman’s Janu Brand expands to Ras Al Khaimah with Al Marjan Island property
Ras Al Khaimah is experiencing growth as an emirate within the United Arab Emirates. The location will house the brand’s offering of spaces and facilities for connection.
Singapore-based SCDA Architects designed the resort. The development has been planned as a waterfront destination with interiors and spaces by the water.
The property will contain a 132-key hotel with sea views. Facilities will include a Janu Wellness centre with a yoga studio, gym, banya and hammam.
The resort will feature a Mixology Bar, two restaurants, a nightlife venue and a Kids’ Club. A private beach will provide access to the water, along with a Beach Club and pool.

A residential tower will contain Janu Residences, ranging from one- to five-bedroom properties. The development will also include villas. Owners will have access to the resort’s amenities.
The property will have access to Wynn Al Marjan Island and the Marina, with mooring facilities.
Janu is expanding internationally with properties planned for Dubai, Turks and Caicos and Saudi Arabia. The opening of Janu Al Marjan Island follows the launch of Janu Tokyo in 2024, which was the brand’s first hotel.
