Global internet users faced connectivity issues on Friday afternoon following a Cloudflare outage.
“Cloudflare is investigating issues with Cloudflare Dashboard and related APIs. Customers using the Dashboard / Cloudflare APIs are impacted as requests might fail and/or errors may be displayed,” the company said, adding that it is “continuing to investigate this issue.”
“A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results,” the company updated.

The California-headquartered organisation provides services to improve the security, performance, and reliability of websites, web applications, and networks.
The company also encountered an outage in November, affecting customers using Advanced Network and Global Edge Security services, as well as those proxying via Cloudflare.
Users encountered 500 errors during the incident.
