Paris Saint-Germain and BEYOND Developments brought the French club’s 2026–27 home kit to Dubai on Tuesday, marking a milestone moment in their partnership with an event held at BEYOND’s Sales Gallery in Dubai Maritime City.

The evening, attended by a mix of media, cultural figures, and creatives, featured the presence of Marco Verratti – the Italian midfielder who spent 11 seasons at PSG between 2012 and 2023 – and served as the first public celebration of a partnership that positions BEYOND Developments as the club’s Official Premium Sleeve Partner until 2029.

Announced earlier this year, the collaboration between PSG and BEYOND Developments is framed under the tagline “Two Cities. One Soul” – a reference to Paris and Dubai and their shared positioning as cities defined by ambition, creativity, and cultural influence.

The partnership gives BEYOND Developments prominent branding on PSG’s kit sleeve through to the end of the 2028–29 season, linking a Dubai-born real estate brand to one of football’s most recognisable clubs. PSG claimed the UEFA Champions League title in 2025, adding to their status as France’s most successful club.

“Football culture today is more global and interconnected than ever, bridging communities and defining how people connect with each other. With BEYOND as our Official Premium Sleeve Partner, the partnership reflects that, creating moments such as this that bring those worlds together in meaningful, beautiful ways. Football belongs everywhere people dare to dream and here in Dubai, that conviction is on full display,” Richard Heaselgrave, Chief Revenue Officer at Paris Saint-Germain said in a statement.

The event gave guests their first close look at PSG’s new home shirt, which had its competitive debut the previous Sunday during the club’s victory over Brest.

The kit features a royal blue base with a wide red-and-white central stripe – a design the club describes as a tribute to its supporters, past and present. It will be worn at the Parc des Princes in Paris from next season.

Verratti, who helped PSG reach their first European Cup final in 2020 and won numerous domestic titles during his time in Paris, was on hand to meet guests and speak about both the club and the partnership.

“Paris Saint-Germain will always be part of who I am, no matter where my career takes me. To see the club celebrated here in Dubai, through a partnership that reflects everything PSG stands for – ambition, beauty, community, emotions – is something I’m proud to be part of,” Verratti, the Italian midfielder who played 11 seasons for PSG between 2012 and 2023 and helped the club reach its first European Cup final in 2020 added.

His appearance drew a direct connection between the club’s history and its presence in a city that has become a hub for international sport, business, and culture.

BEYOND Developments, which positions itself as a real estate brand focused on waterfront destinations, architecture, and community-led design, said the partnership with PSG reflects its own ethos.

“Football is more than a sport. In every part of the world, it is emotion, identity, and connection, in many ways, it has become a universal language that brings people together. That universal sense of connection strongly aligns with what we believe in at BEYOND. As a brand born in Dubai, we are inspired by the vision and leadership of a city that has shown the world what ambition, openness, and belief in the future can achieve. Our partnership with Paris Saint-Germain reflects these values as well as the ability to bring people together through experiences that create a genuine sense of belonging,” Adil Taqi, CEO of BEYOND Developments further explained.

The company says its developments are guided by five principles: locations, architectural design, community focus, inclusive excellence, and the integration of nature into living environments.

Paris Saint-Germain, founded in 1970 and operating under the ownership of Qatar Sports Investments since 2011, reports a global fanbase of more than 500 million, with over 235 million followers across social media platforms. Beyond men’s football, the club operates across women’s football, handball, judo, and esports.

In 2024, the club opened the PSG Campus – a training facility in Poissy – and continues to pursue partnerships across sport, culture, art, fashion, and music, including a long-running collaboration with Jordan Brand since 2018.

The Dubai event forms part of PSG’s strategy to grow their footprint beyond the pitch, engaging fans and communities through cultural and lifestyle experiences worldwide.
