Wynn Al Marjan Island has announced progress across its construction site, with the 548-meter Wynn Bridge reaching 48% completion as the resort moves toward its Spring 2027 opening date.
The bridge, which will connect the resort via Wynn Boulevard to the E311 and E611 highways, is on schedule for completion in late 2026. Piling works have been completed, and nine of the ten bridge column pile caps are now in place.
The structure will provide a link between Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

The resort’s tower, which topped out in December 2025, has reached a height of 299 meters, the company revealed in a statement. Structural concrete is 100 per cent complete through to the 71st floor roof. Installation of the structural steel roof crown has begun.
Facade installation continues, with 21,852 of 26,471 panels now installed, representing 83% completion. Elevator and escalator installations are progressing, and interior fit-out continues across the property.
Structural works have been completed for all 1,530 accommodations, including rooms, suites, townhouses, and Marina Estates. Interior fit-out is underway, with mechanical, electrical, and finishing works progressing in sequence.

Across the low-rise structures, combined concrete and structural steel works are 99% complete, representing 482,127 cubic meters of concrete and 15,162 tons of structural steel. Air-conditioning systems serving the podium low-zone offices were commissioned during the past month, enabling fine-finish installation works to proceed on schedule.
Wynn Al Marjan Island has announced Oasis: A Wynn Community, a residential development adjacent to Marjan Island and Wynn Boulevard. The 26-acre community is scheduled to open in Summer 2026, located 15 minutes from the resort.
The development will accommodate more than 7,000 colleagues, representing 80 per cent of the total workforce, across 15 residential communities. The developer describes the project as among the sector’s developments for colleague living.

The resort, set across more than 60 hectares, will feature 1,217 resort rooms and 297 Enclave suites, plus two Royal Apartments, four Garden Townhomes, and 10 Marina Estates.
Facilities will include 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a beach club, a spa, and a shopping area. The resort will also feature Coral Court, a venue for celebrations and events; The Showroom, a theater; 12 pools; a 420-meter beach; and a marina designed to accommodate superyachts.
