Parkin Company PJSC has signed a five-year agreement with DAMAC Properties to manage approximately 3,600 parking spaces across developments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The contract marks Parkin‘s first entry into the Abu Dhabi parking market and forms part of the company’s strategy to expand in the developer parking segment.
Under the agreement, Parkin will manage approximately 500 on-street parking spaces in DAMAC Hills 1. The company will also operate approximately 2,700 spaces across 44 residential and commercial towers in Downtown, DIFC, Dubai Marina, Business Bay in Dubai and Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.

The partnership aims to ease traffic flow and optimise parking across DAMAC’s portfolio of developments. Parkin will offer visitor and permit parking for short and long-term users across residential towers, commercial buildings and community malls.
All locations will be integrated into the Parkin mobile app, allowing customers to manage and access parking services through one platform.
Implementation will commence in Q1 2026. The rollout will involve integration of Parkin’s technologies with DAMAC’s infrastructure, including access control, automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) and enforcement systems.
