Parkin PJSC, Dubai’s largest public parking operator, has expanded its paid parking network to two additional areas, introducing T-code zones in Dubai Studio City and Dubai Outsource City, the company said in an announcement on its official social media channels.
“Clear signboards have been installed to indicate the designated areas,” Parkin stated in the announcement.
New paid zones in Dubai Studio City and Outsource City
The new areas are designated as Dubai Outsource City (Zone Code 812T) and Dubai Studio City (Zone Code 675T).
The additions extend Parkin’s footprint across business and residential districts as the company rolls out standardised tariffs and subscription options across the emirate.
- Parkin said the T-code tariff will apply in the two new zones as follows:
- AED2 for 0.5 hours
- AED4 for 1 hour
- AED8 for 2 hours
- AED12 for 3 hours
- AED16 for 4 hours
- AED20 for 5 hours
- AED24 for 6 hours
- AED28 for 7 hours
- AED36 for 24 hours
Parkin is also offering monthly and long-term subscriptions for users in Dubai Studio City and Dubai Outsource City. The company listed the following plans:
- AED315 for 1 month
- AED840 for 3 months
- AED1,680 for 6 months
- AED2,940 for 12 months
Recent expansion steps in Al Jaddaf and mosque parking
The latest move follows a series of expansions across Dubai. In August, Parkin introduced new paid parking areas in Al Jaddaf, designating Zone 326C for on-street parking and Zone 326D for off-street parking.
The company said hourly charges in these zones vary depending on peak and non-peak timings, reflecting demand patterns in the area.
Parkin also brought 2,100 parking spaces across 59 mosques under its management in August. Under those arrangements, worshippers receive one hour of free parking during prayer times, while 24-hour paid parking applies outside those hours.
The addition of T-code zones in Dubai Studio City and Dubai Outsource City aligns with Parkin’s rollout of unified pricing across the city and provides residents, commuters and businesses with options for hourly and long-term parking.
Parkin said signboards have been installed to mark the new areas and that T-code tariffs and subscription plans are available to users immediately.
