UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan arrived in New Delhi today for a working visit to India.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi received Sheikh Mohamed at Palam Air Base, alongside senior officials from the Indian government.
The UAE President is accompanied by a delegation that includes Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence; Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs; Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Adviser to UAE President.
Several ministers and senior officials are also part of the delegation.
The visit marks a continuation of relations between the UAE and India, with the presence of multiple members of the UAE leadership underscoring the scope of the engagement.
The working visit is expected to cover areas of mutual interest between the UAE and India, though specific agenda items have not been disclosed at this stage.
