Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a AED 440 million contract to GCC Contracting for the City Walk Northline project. The development comprises three residential buildings and is scheduled for completion in Q3 2027.
GCC Contracting will oversee construction of City Walk Northline 1, an eight-floor building with 114 units. The units range from one to three bedrooms. City Walk Northline 2 consists of two eight-floor buildings with 190 units in total, also offering one to three-bedroom apartments.
The project forms part of the expansion of City Walk, a neighbourhood in Dubai that combines retail, leisure and residential components.
City Walk Northline: Three residential buildings to complete by Q3 2027
The buildings feature private terraces, infinity-edge pools, gyms and communal spaces. The exterior design draws inspiration from The Green Planet, Central Park and City Walk’s retail and leisure zones. Interiors incorporate natural light, materials, fixtures and finishes.

City Walk Northline sits between Jumeirah Street and Sheikh Zayed Road. The location provides access to Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai Mall, Jumeirah Beach and other landmarks in the city.
