Legend Holding Group has signed an agreement with Dubai Industrial City, part of TECOM Group PJSC, to build a mobility and green energy solutions facility in the manufacturing and logistics hub.

The project will create more than 700 jobs across sales, assembly line operations, engineering, servicing, and back-office functions.

Dubai Industrial City to host Legend Holding Group’s 1 million sq.ft. manufacturing facility

Assembly lines and charging solutions

The hub will feature assembly line zones for Legend Motorcycles, which will assemble 15,000 EV and non-EV industrial motorcycles bearing the ‘Made in UAE’ brandmark each year.

The facility will include Legend Motors’ aftersales services for dealerships under the brand, covering gasoline, electric vehicle (EV), and plug-in hybrid EV (PHEV) models.

The hub will also house Legend AutoHub, which handles more than 200,000 vehicles a year in the pre-owned vehicle market, and Legend Green Energy Solutions, an EV charging operator. The facility will be equipped with solar panels to generate clean energy and improve its consumption mix.

Legend Holding Group was established in 2008 and serves more than 1 million customers each year across Asia, the Americas, Europe, and Africa. The group operates in the automotive, logistics, green energy, media and tourism, oil and gas, and technology sectors.

The group selected Dubai Industrial City for its hub to leverage the district’s proximity to transport networks such as Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port. The district is home to an Etihad Rail freight terminal and hosts more than 1,100 customers and 350+ factories. The masterplan features six sector-oriented zones.

Dubai Industrial City has operated for more than 20 years and is part of TECOM Group’s portfolio of business districts, which include Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Dubai Production City, Dubai Studio City, Dubai International Academic City, Dubai Knowledge Park, Dubai Design District (d3), and Dubai Science Park.
