Emirates NBD has launched a 12-month pilot that will allow select employees to book on-demand workspaces through Letswork, giving access to 4,000 coworking desks, meeting rooms and offices across the UAE and overseas.
Under the agreement, participating staff can use Letsworkโs platform to reserve meeting rooms, coworking spaces and private offices. The service spans more than 100 hubs in Dubai and over 25 hubs in Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates, with additional locations available internationally.
The pilot has potential for wider rollout across the bank following the trial.

The collaboration is intended to provide flexibility for staff who need to travel across the UAE for meetings, including access to working and meeting spaces in Abu Dhabi.
The platform also offers a process to book external workshops and meeting spaces, and allows employees based in the outskirts of Dubai and in the Northern Emirates to work closer to home. The bank said the arrangement is expected to reduce commuting time and support work-life balance.
The engagement follows Letsworkโs participation in Emirates NBDโs National Digital Talent Incubator Program, where initial discussions between the bank and the startup began.
“We are pleased to collaborate with Letswork to provide our employees with a scalable platform to address evolving workplace expectations and strengthen our employee value proposition. As a socially responsible bank, this pilot demonstrates Emirates NBDโs commitment to becoming a future-focused bank by fostering a culture of innovation and establishing the Group as an employer of choice through future-ready human resources practices,” Eman Abdulrazzaq, Group Chief Operating Officer at Emirates NBDโ said.
