Etihad Rail passengers travelling to Fujairah are now eligible for hotel discounts across the emirate, following a joint promotion announced by Fujairah Tourism on Instagram.

Travellers who present a valid train ticket at check-in can access savings of up to 25 per cent on accommodation, dining, spa treatments and hotel facilities.

Some properties are also offering complimentary room upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, free stays and meals for children, discounted pool and beach access, and multi-night packages.

Eight hotels are participating: DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City, InterContinental Fujairah Resort, Le Méridien Al Aqah Beach Resort, Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah, Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort, Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa, Royal M Hotel by Gewan Fujairah and Al Bahar Hotel & Resort. Etihad Rail said the initiative is designed to encourage passengers to explore Fujairah’s hospitality offering while enhancing the overall rail travel experience.

The promotion follows the launch of passenger services on the Abu Dhabi–Fujairah route, a journey of approximately one hour and 45 minutes aboard trains capable of travelling at up to 200 kilometres per hour.
