Bahrain’s Interior Ministry activated air raid sirens in the early hours of Wednesday morning, calling on citizens and residents to remain calm and move immediately to the nearest safe location.
In a brief statement, the ministry said: “The warning siren has been activated. We ask citizens and residents to remain calm, go to the nearest safe place, and follow news through official channels.”
The ministry did not provide further details on the nature or scale of the attacks at the time of the announcement.
