Ajman’s Crown Prince Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi has launched the Ajman Municipality Agenda AM30x30, a package of 30 urban development projects valued at AED1.8 billion and structured around five delivery programmes.
The agenda is framed as the operational expression of Ajman Vision 2030, targeting road network expansion, sustainable mobility, and community facilities.
The municipality says it aims to increase new road delivery by 43 percent over the 2026–2030 period compared to the preceding cycle, and to grow the cycling track network by 33 percent by 2030.
The five project packages break down as follows. The first covers the Al Zorah area and key arterial streets, including roundabout upgrades, street development phases, and two pedestrian bridges.
The second addresses internal roads across Rashidiya, Masfout, Al Manama, and several residential districts. The third targets Al Tallah Street, roads in the Al Helio area, new construction in the Mohammed bin Zayed residential zone, and widening work on Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Street.
The fourth focuses on cycling infrastructure: 16 km of new tracks across Ajman city, Masfout, and Al Manama, alongside the Al Uqdah Walkway. The fifth is dedicated to green space, with 330,000 square metres of public parks and community areas planned across nine districts.
The agenda also targets an increase in per capita public facility space to 4.79 square metres per person by 2030.
“The journey of development in Ajman does not pause at any single project or achievement — it continues with an ambitious vision and ever-renewed projects that keep pace with the aspirations of Ajman’s people, its visitors, and those who call it home. What lies ahead is better and more beautiful, by God’s grace and guidance,” Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi said in a statement.
Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director-General of the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, said the projects were developed on the basis of specialist studies aligned with the emirate’s 2030 targets, balancing infrastructure delivery with environmental sustainability and quality-of-life metrics.
