Dubai Square Mall is set to open its doors in three years, covering an area three times larger than Downtown Dubai, according to Emaar founder Mohamed Alabbar.
Recently in an Instagram post, Alabbar disclosed that the development, currently being built in Dubai Creek Harbour at a cost of AED180 billion, will allow electric vehicles inside the complex.
Here’s the exclusive first look inside the massive retail destination:
The Dubai Square Mall will become Dubai Creek Harbour’s second-largest shopping and entertainment venue, incorporating cutting-edge technologies, pioneering retail concepts, and a direct connection to the proposed Dubai Creek Tower, a company statement confirmed.
Earlier this year, the property development firm announced it had finished the detailed design work for Dubai Square, representing significant progress in positioning Dubai as a leading global hub for shopping and leisure.
The scheme will showcase advanced technologies and innovative approaches to retail, dining, and entertainment, delivering an experience that extends beyond conventional shopping centres.
