Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates has announced 100 new stores as part of a AED5 billion investment programme.
The expansion includes the Middle East debut of Ulta Beauty, the region’s first SKIMS store, and BRED Bakery’s first location in the Middle East.
Ulta Beauty will open at the end of January 2026, marking its first location in the Middle East. The store will stock makeup, skincare, and haircare brands. Sephora has opened what Mall of the Emirates describes as the largest Sephora in Dubai. The store features technology and experiences.
H&M has reopened following a transformation. The store now includes cosmetics and skincare alongside fashion. Jo Malone London will open at the end of December 2025, offering fragrance products.
Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS opens first regional flagship store at Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates
SKIMS will open at the end of December 2025 as the first and only store in the region. The store will sell shapewear and clothing across sizes.
Collection of Style (COS) will open in mid-January 2026, selling wardrobe items made from fabrics. Omega will open in mid-January 2026, selling timepieces.
Vhernier will open at the end of January 2026, offering jewellery from the Italian brand. Gymshark has opened its second store at the mall, selling fitness apparel.
Victoria’s Secret will reopen at the end of December 2025 in a new space, selling lingerie and loungewear. Rolex has reopened with a concept store, and Louis Vuitton has expanded its store at the mall.
BRED Bakery brings first Middle East location to Mall of the Emirates
BRED Bakery will open at the end of January 2026 as the first location in the Middle East. The bakery will sell breads and pastries.
Gray Wellness Club has opened at the mall. The facility includes equipment and training zones. New Covent Garden Theatre has opened at the mall. The venue includes a 600-seat theatre alongside dining and retail concepts.
