Nando’s has added seven new items to its UAE menu for summer, available at all UAE Casas from 6 August for a limited time.
The headline addition is the PERi-Crackle Avo Burger: flame-grilled chicken thighs topped with smashed avocado, pickled red onion and PERi-Crackle on a toasted Portuguese Roll.
Also new is the Smokey Crispy Cheese Burger, built around a crisp golden cheese disc with smoky paprika aioli and caramelised onions. The Fino Pita, a fixture in Nando’s UK restaurants, makes its UAE debut with flame-grilled chicken, grilled halloumi, caramelised red onion relish and garlic aioli.
PERi-Crackle itself is being introduced as a standalone add-on: a topping of toasted sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds blended with garlic, onion and Nando’s PERi-PERi sauce, available across selected dishes.
Three drinks round out the summer line-up: a Cinnamon Rooibos Refresher, Cucumber Citrus Cooler and Hibiscus Lemonade, each designed to offset the heat of the chain’s flame-grilled chicken.

We wanted our Summer Menu to capture that feeling, giving guests something fresh to experience, whether that’s trying PERi-Crackle for the first time, discovering the Fino Pita or simply sharing great food over a long summer evening,” George Kunnappally, Managing Director at Nando’s UAE said in statement.
