The Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA) has ordered the temporary closure of So Great Restaurant (Commercial Licence No. CN-4897186) in Abu Dhabi, citing repeated food safety violations and a risk to public health.
ADAFSA said the closure follows a food control inspection that found the establishment had failed to implement effective corrective measures after prior violations of Law No. (2) of 2008, which governs food safety in the emirate. The authority described the intervention as immediate and necessary to protect consumer health.
The closure order remains in force indefinitely. The restaurant may reopen only after it has addressed all violations, met the required operational standards, and received clearance from the authority.
