Jumeirah Group has launched Cape Morris, a private island facility managed by Burj Al Arab. The property is situated in The World Islands development off the Dubai coast.
The island will operate as a day-visit destination for guests staying at Burj Al Arab and other Jumeirah properties.
Cape Morris offers two booking options: curated day experiences and full-day private hire. Transport to the island operates via a 64-foot yacht departing from Marsa Marina.
Burj Al Arab launches Cape Morris island experience starting November 2025
The facility offers The Lunch Experience and The Sunset Experience. Both packages include yacht transfers, dining prepared by Michelin-starred chef Saverio Sbaragli, water sports, and beach activities.
Pricing for the curated experiences begins at AED30,000 for two guests. Beverage packages are available in non-alcoholic and premium categories.
Full-day private bookings start at AED75,000. This option provides guests with sole access to the island, customised dining arrangements, and dedicated staff.
The service will begin operations on November 10, 2025. Bookings are restricted to guests staying in Jumeirah villas and suites.
