The End of Oak Street, the new thriller from David Robert Mitchell, is set to open in cinemas and IMAX across the region on August 13 2026, distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.
The film follows the Platt family after a cosmic event tears their suburban street from familiar surroundings and drops the entire neighbourhood somewhere unknown.
Survival, the story goes, depends on the family holding together as they try to make sense of a world that no longer resembles their own.
Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor lead the cast, joined by Maisy Stella and Christian Convery. Mitchell, who wrote and directed the film, is backed by a production team that includes J.J. Abrams, Hannah Minghella, Jon Cohen, Matt Jackson and Tommy Harper.
Michael Giacchino composed the score, with Michael Gioulakis as director of photography.
