ZāZEN Properties has announced plans for a residential development in Dubai South, appointing Vida Bricks as the exclusive sales and distribution partner for the project.
The developer is entering Dubai South as the district experiences transaction activity, with residential property transactions in the area exceeding AED15 billion in the first five months of 2025.
The development will feature 48 residences within a G+4 building, designed as a low-density residential community. The residence mix will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, alongside two- and three-bedroom layouts with study rooms.

Rooftop amenities will include social and recreational spaces, alongside a wellness zone featuring sauna and cold plunge facilities. ZāZEN Properties plans to extend this concept across future developments.

Dubai South’s development is linked to infrastructure projects including the expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport, planned to become one of the world’s largest aviation hubs.
The planned Dubai Metro Blue Line is expected to enhance connectivity between residential areas and commercial centres, reinforcing Dubai South’s position as a live-work destination.
Dubai’s real estate sector recorded over AED 917 billion in transactions during 2025.
Construction is expected to commence in Q2 2026, with completion targeted for November 2027.
The development has been designed with end users in mind, rather than positioned as an investment-led proposition. The project will incorporate ZāZEN’s sustainable building practices.
