Wynn Resorts has announced Wynn Oasis, a residential community for staff adjacent to Marjan Island and Wynn Boulevard in the United Arab Emirates.
The development, created by Wynn Design and Development, will span 105,267 square metres and house more than 7,000 team members across 15 residential communities when it opens in summer 2026.
The site will accommodate approximately 80 per cent of Wynn Al Marjan Island‘s workforce and is located 15 minutes by car from the resort.
Wynn Oasis to features six restaurants and sports facilities

Rooms at Wynn Oasis will include smart televisions, workspaces, high-speed internet, hotel linens, terry towels, and pillow options. Weekly laundry service will be provided for bedding.
Each unit will feature private bathrooms, kitchens, pantries, and laundry facilities. Apartments will contain cookware, dishware, kitchen amenities, and personal safes. Welcome amenities will be provided on arrival.
The development will include The Beach House, a building for visiting families, with concierge service.
Transport services will connect residents to Wynn Al Marjan Island in under 15 minutes. Weekend services will run to malls, beaches, and city destinations.
The Pearl, a hub at the centre of the community, will house fitness, entertainment, social, and wellness facilities.
The site will feature a Technogym fitness centre with studios, two swimming pools, and an indoor sports arena for padel, tennis, and football. A cinema, karaoke studio, and e-sports gaming lounge will be available.
Wynn Oasis: 26-acre residential development for hospitality workers opens 2026
On-site services will include retail outlets for groceries, grooming, and banking, plus a medical clinic, pharmacy, and tailoring facilities.
Six food and beverage outlets will operate on site, managed by Wynn’s culinary team. The Reef will offer buffet-style dining, whilst Victory Sports Bar & Lounge will provide 197 seats and live sports coverage.
Four grab-and-go concepts will include Stacked, serving burgers; Slice, offering pizza; Zen, providing Asian rice bowls; and a coffee house.
La Rêve Plaza will host community celebrations, performances, cultural gatherings, and outdoor cinema. Al Safa Garden will serve as a space for reflection.
The development will include more than 65,000 plants and over 500 trees, with shaded walkways, gardens, and a central lawn. A one-kilometre running track will run through green zones.
Wynn University, an on-site learning campus, will form part of the community. The facility will contain culinary training kitchens, food and beverage laboratories, digital learning spaces, and training laboratories.
