ONE Development has launched its first project in Abu Dhabi, marking the company’s entry into the capital following its Dubai project.
The company announced ONE Residence during an event on 9 December at Emirates Palace, attended by investors, industry figures and brand ambassador Amr Diab.
The 31-storey tower on Al Reem Island includes rooftop access for electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft. The development has been engineered for operations involving passengers and features a VIP mode alongside a logistics drone port for deliveries.

The aerial mobility ecosystem was developed with Advanced Mobility Hub, a member of Multi Level Group, and uses VertiHub, the group’s platform for vertical mobility solutions.
ONE Development launched Laguna Residence in Dubai before entering the Abu Dhabi market. The company also operates in Egypt.

The tower is positioned on Al Reem Island’s waterfront and provides access to Abu Dhabi’s cultural and commercial districts.
The project includes AI-enabled systems and amenities designed for residents and investors.
